APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Services Chauffeurs Occasionnels « S.C.O » is a passenger road transport service. This simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €4,500 is registered with the Trade and Companies Register of SAINT-NAZAIRE under number 817 698 962 (intra-community VAT: FR 72 817 698 962) and with the passenger transport register under license number 2016 /52/ 0000065.

Article 1: Offer

S.C.O enables individuals and professionals to benefit from a service adapted to their needs for their journeys, 24/7, in vehicles with up to 9 seats including the driver.

Article 2: Booking a ride

2.1 Booking

Regardless of the booking method, the customer must provide the following mandatory information:

• First and last name, phone number, email, and home address
• Date, departure and arrival locations, number of passengers, luggage, child/baby seat

This information must be provided when requesting the booking.

For email bookings, it is only validated once S.C.O sends you a confirmation.

2.1.1 Online booking

24 hours before the start of each ride.

2.1.2 Phone booking

24 hours before departure and during opening hours.

2.2 Price – Payment terms

2.2.1 Price determination

The price is based on Google Maps/Viamichelin and may be changed by S.C.O without prior notice.

2.2.2 Payment methods

• Credit/debit cards
• Cash

2.3 Cancellation policy

Less than 24h before the ride: full amount charged. If cancellation by S.C.O: you will be notified 24h in advance.

2.4 Changes

Possible depending on availability and may incur fees.

2.5 Invoice

Provided on request after the ride.

Article 3: Obligations of the parties

S.C.O ensures safety/comfort during rides and holds professional liability insurance.
S.C.O cannot be held responsible in case of delays or lost items.
Max waiting time: 20 minutes without call; beyond that, the ride is considered canceled.

Article 4: Miscellaneous provisions

• Seatbelt mandatory
• Up to 2 baby seats provided
• Baggage free up to 2×25kg per passenger
• No eating, smoking, or carrying hazardous substances
• Passenger is responsible for their luggage

Article 5: Complaints

Any complaint must be sent by email with acknowledgment to the above address.

Article 5-1: Mediation

Consumer dispute: online mediation platform available. A form with complete information is required.

Article 5-2: Data & Privacy

GDPR compliance. S.C.O does not store your passwords or banking information. Data is shared only with drivers to perform the rides.

Article 6: Disputes

French law. Competent court: SAINT-NAZAIRE.

Article 7: Acceptance

Any order implies full acceptance of these T&Cs. S.C.O may modify them at any time.
